Not against the change. important to ensure it's really what the person wants. I worked as a nurse in a Canadian prov where the person had to live ( dress etc) as the other gender for 2 yrs before gender altération surgery was done & attend counselling sessions. Unsure whether still same.

Gender Affirming Care shoud be done only after age 18 and after counselling to ensure that is what the patient really wants.
