I’m pretty sure these are all kids who went through the OG DARE program and just went “fuck it” 🤣🤣 we all know how well the program is proven to have “worked” the first time 🙄
I don’t want to speak for anyone else but I’m *pretty* sure that people abusing fentanyl understand that it’s bad for them.
