My final thoughts on both the Super Bowl and Kendrick’s half time show:
One thing I battle with being on Zepbound, and having lost so much weight (~60 pounds), is that I'm *constantly* afraid that a day of bad eating will undo all of it,.
The day after I'm afraid to put on my "skinny" jeans, or "skinny" shirts, because I think they won't fit after that one bad day 😜
