Beef tripe is found in the traditional cuisine of many parts of the world. It is high in protein, vitamin B12, and selenium. It reflects the concept of “nose-to-tail” cooking 🧑‍🍳 which acknowledges sustainability, nutrition, flavor, and cultural heritage. 🌎

Ever noticed that kids prefer to eat with hands 🙌 ?

Finger foods make it easier for them to self-feed. This supports emotional and social growth, fine motor skills, taste and sensory exploration, healthy eating habits, and self-esteem. Finger foods can be anything, including unexpected items.
