It only matters when your preference is trying to shoot their shot. One thing that people have trouble understanding is preference is not racism and it's not discrimination. It's just preference. What is discrimination is putting unrealistic expectations on others like 6', 6 pack, 6 figures, 6"s.

Strategic move on his part to increase productivity and safety. Henry Ford was also a stout Hitler supporter and still believed that everyone should work a 4 day week. Live comfortably, and be able to buy Ford products Friday, have family time Saturday, and church time Sunday.

The other companies took Henry Ford to court and it escalated to the supreme court where he lost the case. Even his own shareholders were asking how dare you care about laborers etc.? So he bought them out and he didn't really care about laborers. But saw everyone as a customer and it was a

So he had to set some limitations like Men had to at least be 22 and supporting a family. Women had to be single and supporting children. Etc. forgot the exact details but it forced other auto companies to do the same.

Just the other day I was reading that before 1914 the Ford motor company had problems keeping workers. So Henry Ford increased pay wages to $5. People were literally having fist fights in front of the doors to get hired.
