It became expensive & the one near me delivered consistently terrible customer service. They cut staff (to save money) which resulted in unconscionably long waits for what was supposed to be fast-ish food. When will such places realize that customer service is literally their bread & butter?

Started reading it, but realized I needed to go back and read the two books in this series before it. I just couldn’t remember who everybody was and what had happened. And so I could not figure out what was going on in this book. And I’m not interested enough to backtrack to the other two volumes.
