I am mom to a 19 year old with Dravet syndrome, that causes long, frequent seizures that often require medical intervention to stop them. Tube fed, cannot dress or bathe himself, etc. Despite private insurance, medical bills would be over $100,000/ year out of pocket b/c of insurance not covering
