One thing that changed how my fellow designers looked at the critique sessions was not calling them critiques. Calling them design jams, or PYB (pick your brain) sessions made them feel a lot more constructive and took away a lot of the threshold to organize one. The methodology stayed the same.

I still have about 300 CDs in a box. Not sure I'm ready to bring those back yet. But I'm seriously considering an ipod with SSD and bluetooth.
