We never saw Popeye eat anything but spinach. I think it’s safe to assume he ate a plant based diet, and look at the benefits it did for him. The ideal diet for a #naturist is plant based also. We are in good company with Popeye. #nudist #healthyliving #cartoon #naturistliving
