I think the answer is no. Private property. The property owners did not ask her to leave. She was not threatening. She was manhandled by 5 Troopers. Basically kidnapping. See how this plays out but appears an illegal eviction.

5 NY State Troopers in uniform forcefully ejected her from an open public meeting but in a private school with what appears to be no legal reason. You can see on the face of the young trooper that he knows he is in the wrong. The crowd is yelling stay stay followed by SHAME SHAME at the troopers.
