people, minors are not viewed as people. Abuse is abuse and it does not matter how old the victims are. The comments on Bluesky give me a vague feeling that just because one person abused another person aged 18-, it automatically makes the act more despicable, and usually go on to infantilise

There are too many factors that can land people in disadvantaged states as adults; I'm not going to list examples here. Some victims in the Jeffery Epstein case were already 25 at the time of abuse. Are we going to pretend they don't exist?

No, in most CSA cases, the abuser are not sexually attracted to children. They commit abuse only because children and young people are vulnerable and powerless while older people are more difficult to manipulate. But being 18+ does not automatically make someone powerful enough to avoid abuse.

英国这方面确实管得很严的，我当年住学生宿舍都有规定不许用香薰蜡烛，学生用的都是reed diffuser，就是瓶子里插一堆棒的那种😅

that narcolepsy is "incurable". And the Chinese government has very questionable policies on traditional and alternative medicine, which have been under fire for decades but not only still remain in practice, but going even worse. This is why I will stay away from alternative medicine at all cost.

herb remedies and exercises. None of these treatments worked. My symptoms started since I was only six years old and this was already the fifth year of living with this rare disease. It took a further 16 years (!) until I got a proper diagnosis in Manchester, England, June 2023.

分级诊疗的前提是全科医学/家庭医学成为一个独立的专科。你国现在社区医院是垃圾医学生回收厂，患者到头来还是得P大点事跑三甲，这样的制度怎么可能搞成分级诊疗？

本罕见病患者深有体会……6岁发病，11岁到本市最权威三甲看病，有医生提到发作性睡病，却并没有要求做睡眠监测一类重要检查。然后就又是16年，最后在英国确诊。到现在被迫回国快2年了，我还是不知道本市到底有没有能看我这病的医院，只知道病友全都往北上广去看病😓
