A scary incident occurred at the Jay St Metrotech Station when a track fire caused the station to fill with smoke.

The @fdny.bsky.social response was delayed due to illegally parked vehicles on Jay St. They couldn't even access the curb due to @nypdnews.bsky.social vehicles parked at a bus stop.

This isn't a problem with one driver, it's a @NYC_DOT design failure. 5 drivers failed to yield during this signal, and this issue repeats with every pedestrian cross phase throughout the day.

The Brooklyn Bridge & Tillary St intersection needs a redesign. Drivers turning left are failing to yield to pedestrians.

Who accepts $2,500 as a bribe? If I'm risking a prison sentence to cancel a bike lane, my base rate is $500,000 minimum.

If cops have enough time to give criminal summonses to cyclists, they must believe they have solved all other traffic issues.

This is a signal for us to report every cop who drives to work with tinted plates and parks their vehicle on the sidewalk.

We have enough cops and patrol cars with license plates readers to stop these vehicles and get them off our streets. Sadly, license plate enforcement is limited to special enforcement days while the commissioner wastes time & money by issuing criminal summonses to cyclists.

Is this MTA police officer above the law?

He falsely registered his car in Delaware to avoid NY fees, obscured his plates to dodge tolls, and altered his MTA placard to include multiple vehicles.
Unless he’s commuting to Delaware daily, he’s likely committing income tax fraud.
