It’s a leafy plant similar to garlic or leeks that grows out in the wild. Comes out this time of year. I’ve seen it used in pizza, but can be used in a lot of ways.

Is the MTA really suggesting that congestion pricing is helping commercial leasing? Maybe just a pleasant surprise since expectations were that CP would kill retail. I also think there is a push by companies to get their workers back in the office and that may explain some of the ridership gains.

Living within the central business boundary. I’m not thrilled to pay more money every time I return. Double parked trucks are the biggest traffic problem, imo. I’d like to see better enforcement.
