With the possibility of the police ultimately controlling the messaging and speed of transmissions, it clearly presents a disservice to the public. We strongly urge @governor.ny.gov

The “Keep Police Radio Public Act” would allow journalists to maintain real-time access to radio transmissions in the state. As of Wednesday, @governor.ny.gov has not signed the act and time is running out....
