I don't think the criticism of Howden during his time here was unwarranted. How much it was his fault and how much was an organizational failure is really what should be under scrutiny here.

It's just too bad NYR's two best pairs both include Miller. What a luxury it would be to have TWO functional D pairs.

Othmann had an underwhelming campaign in the AHL last year. Had a good couple games to start the year but then was injured for a LONG time. Going to need to get his legs under him and prove something before he slots in above any other top 9 winger option.
