There are more tasty things for sure 😄 I mostly take the easy, sugary cereals as well, but porridge is a welcome alternative. But it helps that I really like it. (You CAN put a layer of brown sugar on it too, though 😁)

There's nothing wrong with porridge. You can also put your fruits in it. I like it with cinnamon, apple, grapes and raisins, my kids and my mum eat it with strawberries, bananas and cream. It also doesn't need to be like glue, it can be creamy as well 🤗

Yes, the meaning is immediately clear 😄 but I'll be 40 next year, so I'm theoretically in the perfect age to know it 😁 I thought perhaps it's Berlinerisch, but my husband (born here) didn't know it either.

Wow, thank you for that article! When I read about this research in 2015, while my first kid was a baby, I didn't know that this was so new (and that it was done by her)! It formed my strong opinion and advocacy for long-term breastfeeding.
