Does RDR2 needs a port to new gen consoles

My answer: It needs bcs the game is 30 fps on new gen and 30 fps isn't good and second reason is rtx yeah I need ray tracing final reason loading times the old gen versions do not fully utilizes the SSD on the next gen.
