"sober" may be a better term - advocates a very slow, measured rollout w lots of fail-safes, no magic promises, etc

I was a bit skeptical, recent podcast w David Keith (scientist not actor) swayed me a bit. And he's pretty moderate overall; looks at net-benefit
And I hear some rumors that current planes w/mods can handle equatorial stratosphere
