⚠️ Heads up ⚠️ ! Beginning today, the city will close Parkview Ave at the Blvd of the Allies to reconstruct the intersection as part of the Charles Anderson Bridge reconstruction. This work will occur in two phases and the closure and detours will last all summer. Info on detours below ⬇️.

⚠️ Boundary Street Closure Alert ⚠️
Beginning today, Duquesne Light Company & Pittsburgh Water will be conducting major subsurface infrastructure upgrades on Boundary Street. Construction will extend through the fall, and Boundary will be entirely closed to vehicular traffic. (1/3)

The @cityofpittsburgh.bsky.social has good news about Panther Hollow Bridge repairs: contractors are on track to complete repairs and reopen the bridge to all traffic by the end of 2025 🤞.

Construction on the Anderson Bridge is also on schedule, and should be complete by late 2026.

Council narrowly voted on Wednesday to delay a public hearing for six weeks on an inclusionary zoning bill proposed by Council member Bob Charland — and in the process they effectively put a hold on a more expansive measure proposed by Mayor Ed Gainey at least until May.
Next steps in inclusionary zoning debate delayed at City Council
Pittsburgh residents will have to wait a while longer for City Council to act on a controversial proposal to provide more affordable housing in the city.
