How many people “work” for ice? or others that are loyal to him? Have to pick your targets. I’ll use this example. If you want to rig a football game. Don’t payoff the qb . Go after the offensive line, center… it will cost less and have more options.

I think they’re in swing states/districts. Why would he waste time resources on districts that are dem +20? He wants to win one with intimidation that could go either way. Also he needs more people to do the intimidation.
