If I can inspire one person, I call that a win. The conversations you have with coworkers today can influence how they think about accessibility years later, when they've moved onto new gigs. It might not feel like you're making a difference in your current org but there's a longer game at play.

The optimist in me wants to trust that there are grown-ups watching from the next room. I just wish they’d stop chatting and do something.
