I love baking and the best thing I made this year (and probably ever) was this pistachio custard tart with charred rubarb compote and a macadamia crust for Easter.

Xenogears.
It was never properly finished due to budget issues but it has the best and most mind blowing story I've ever had the pleasure to experience anywhere. The reveals get more and more insane. It's just wonderful.
