Not gonna lie. My ADHD burnout + seasonal depression+ anxiety have really been kicking my ass lately, and I just need to get that off my chest, cause I've kind of been pretending that I'm doing okay and I'm just busy is all. I'm keeping a positive attitude about best I can, but boy is it heavy.

Update, I got a whole 8 hours of sleep last night!! (and feel way better) 😇😴 Good thing I padded up thick too, cause this guy was soaked! Genuinely starting to not trust going to bed without a diaper on.
