My daughter went to school with the child of the owners of the wonderful Tibetan Kitchen in Manchester. I’m the dullest eater in the world, but it’s fabulous. As are they (they will give free food to people who need it, and always give me big portions at festivals :))

Did a last minute diesel run yesterday (slightly over an inch thick). Amusingly, if one goes fast, the bow wave breaks the ice before the prow hits it.

Do you mean don’t use a fan oven (I’m uk). Reason I say is we had a dual oven, and when the big (fan) oven broke, we used the smaller (convection) oven. It was a lot better for roasts and pizza, but worse for lasagne and shepherds pie :)
