Yeah, I love how sharp the series designs are. I also think the more structured look helps with animation (especially with characters as stylised as Vivzie's)
But I love how round and cartoony the pilot is. It just oozes nostalgia and makes me think of rubber hose and Butch Hartman cartoons🌻

I think the short answer is misogyny and homophobia, especially because Fandom spaces tend to be filled with women, and people who extend the "they are all fetishists" language, tend to use that to describe the LGBT at large😮💨
