I'm not a big sports fan. I don't know a lot of players' names or records or standings. I kinda enjoy watching them to help the time pass and it allows me to be sociable without anyone demanding data or footnotes.
I would read more but my vision is failing. Audiobook narrators are borrrrring.

I've made many bad decisions in my life resulting in bad outcomes either immediately or in the long term. All the self help gurus say to "let it go" or "don't live in the past" or any other number of soporific aphorisms. None of them make me feel optimistic or hopeful.

There must be a clause in the Aaron Rodgers contract to prohibit him from taking time off for injuries. He sat out most of the season with the Jets. I hope this is his last season. Way too old. Way too arrogant.

What did people do before GoFundMe, et.al? Squeegee car windows? Hang around on street corners with a sign? Or flat-out go to a charitable organization for help. That's what they're for.
