I love the scale and wildness of the Abnett Inquisition books. Usually you're focusing on the actions of a squad of marines or guardsman on a battlefield but even in the first book Eisenhorn and company are traveling to worlds that barely exist in our dimension

I remember it was not long ago "everything is at least 5-7 bucks now" turned into "the lowest price anything is at the supermarket is 9-12 bucks"
