I often roll my dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. I also keep the house very cold (like under 65 degrees) when working with dough.

Gluten intolerance possibly? Does it feel like your guts are being wrung out? Strange pains? It took me years to sort out that I can’t eat regular wheat products.
