Why do you do an auction system where the person with the biggest wallet automatically wins? When a raffle system with lower barrier of entry would give everyone equal chance and more likely raise more money?

I know plenty of humans who say things as “factual” when I know they are wrong. Computer having their origins in simple binary we expect them to output a correct result. We are judging LLMs based off this right/wrong. But should we be switching to more of an idea of LLMs being majority right?
