@theverge.com was a regular site for me but the experience of tapping stories only to find them paywalled is too frustrating. It’s click bait design. Put a badge next to the story title so I can avoid the disappointment. Until then I’m removing it from my favourites.

There is an epidemic amongst our children. The local authority and schools are not doing enough for children stuck in limbo and parents expected to 'just home school'. School trusts should set up virtual classrooms like we did in the pandemic.
