Saw a post on Instagram about a 14 year old being tried as an adult because they stabbed their classmate a hundred times.

I want there to be a Cyberpunk mod where the male V talks like Niko Bellic from GTA IV. Like, even in combat mode you can hear Niko’s war cries.
As for the dialogues, pretty sure one could pull some shit off with AI.
