I left feeling even more certain that my lived experience, though deeply personal to me and MB, is valid, necessary, and meaningful in shaping dementia research that truly reflects real lives.

It was also my first time presenting. I was nervous, but standing alongside Mohammed and Jo put me completely at ease as we spoke about @denpru-qm.bsky.social and what it's about. I spoke about why I joined, what I’ve valued most, and why others should consider getting involved if they can.
