A recent post reminded me of a time where I collected books that were going to be discarded at my past high school’s library. I just picked a few that seemed interesting and different and I have yet to read them but I plan to make a proper shelf so I could maybe one day sit down and read them

Have been trying to eat out less and exercise more and I’ve seen progress. My morning weight has gone from 170 to 165. Yesterday when I weighed myself at the end of the day (after eating and exercise) I was 168 instead of 172. Making progress 😊

When I take walks anywhere and everywhere, I always look at the flora and fauna and just admire it. The sap that’s seeping from the tree is pretty glistening the sun. The constant rattle of bugs and crickets around a place away from so much noise. It’s peaceful
