I love that each toe gets its own set of polys even though they're not separated. I know they're probably for the UVs, but look cute in the wireframe!

The site’s content can be translated and made accessible to most other languages, but links aren’t as easy to make accessible globally. I do like your aliased link idea, but just the other way around. Where the global name is default/mandatory, but you can have a local language links
around.here

Having travelled, its definitely not rare that you deal with sites that aren’t in your native country. That and I access many sites in jp, french ca, ru, etc. If i needed to also type in those langs to access the sites, it would definitely limit my access. I feel like common navigation is important.

So instead of people learning one basic, global writing system to effectively navigate the internet, we’d rather have people learn most of the languages on earth (and learn how to type all those languages on their keyboards) or else they’ll be limited in the sites they can effectively navigate?

The internet being accessible to the world by a common language is a great thing for everyone. Otherwise, you're opening the world up to wild phishing issues, limiting the web's shareability, and making access to global information even more complicated

And i don’t want to harp on this too hard, because i do agree that Concord didn’t fail only from characters like the discourse would make you assume. But i also think there is something to be learned from where the designs went wrong - like, it didn’t capturing even a tiny fanbase?! It seems unreal

Yeah but i guess thats assuming the character’s widely panned designs didn’t stop it from reaching that wild success, right?

Because, from my pov, ever since announcement, the game’s reception has been lukewarm, and i think the presentation (characters, world, etc) just wasn’t gripping an audience

I actually feel like its design’s were too safe. Like it was hitting every disney-outlined marketable checkbox they could hit and people are fatigued with that atp

Meanwhile Deadlock goes public, has a weird, diverse, and mostly unattractive roster, and people love it and the characters.
