Have you come across phw198.github.io/OutlookGoogl...? I developed this open source project for over a decade now for the exact reason you describe...

Thanks for asking! PayPal should let you pay in USD (though it does charges a poor foreign exchange rate), but I can only receive donations in the one currency of GBP.
OGCS has an option to start the application on system startup - have you tried that?

At over £100 its more expensive though, so any financial support is appreciated 👍
