The republicans have complained ever since the ACA has been in effect. Around 15 years they have been saying it doesn’t work. They’ve had this same amount of time to create a better plan. I’m a Navy veteran. And I loved serving because I love my country and the people that make it up. Military personnel still have rights. And they have a RIGHT to disobey any order that’s illegal. The UMCJ explains this. Everyone should know the rights of the servicemen that protect all US citizens
