Regarding my mom’s cancer diagnosis, today I continued the tradition I began yesterday of sending her a reminder to smile or laugh even if she doesn’t feel like it. Real health benefits to be had. Gotta keep up that positivity. 🫶🏼

My mom was diagnosed with esophageal cancer yesterday. It’s early and there are still lots of tests to do, but I’m more of a “tell people I don’t know at all” kind of person, so I’ll post my feelings here instead of facebook. Today, I feel a jumbled mix of emotions which I will parse thru the day.😕
