One question if a Mage can convert quarks into anti-quarks at a sufficient rate to make usable quantities of anti-matter. Why couldn't Damien (or other mages) just stop the strong force from working and the target dissolve into a pile of neutrons?

IIRC, Jefferies AND Schumer both voted to continue DHS funding at current (increased) levels. Is that true?
