Good afternoon, Thanks for your prompt response. Asking your crews to "try their best" won't be sufficient. They need to be told that there are no circumstances under which parking in a bike lane is acceptable - even if there isn't on street parking available. Parking in the bike lane is illegal and subject to a 200 dollar fine by the City of Hamilton. But more importantly, it puts people's *lives* at risk. The area where I saw your crew's vehicle parked was near the intersection of Wilson St and Rousseau in Ancaster. That is an area where vehicles travel above the speed limit, unfortunately. There is no side street to pull into - I suggest they try the owner's very long shared driveway. Thanks,
