And I paid for refundable because I knew I’d been on the waiting list for surgery for a year so theoretically it could be scheduled around the event date. Moral of the story is: do not attempt to buy anything through Ticketek.

I wouldn’t be so angry except I tried to use the exchange feature on the app, which they eventually told me I could do, but it didn’t work at all. Also I don’t even want a refund; I want to go another day. When there are tickets available. Due to MAJOR SURGERY, which was scheduled *after* booking.
