Follow up: At no time before OR after finding out I was autistic have I ever made a fascist gesture. Just so we're all clear on that.

I told my friend a story about something that was bothering me and she was like "oh, that's because of the autism."
Me: "I– what?? I'm not autistic."
Her: "Oh, babe... You didn't know?"

It has been a year since, & I have officially been diagnosed by a medical professional. Who knew? (Not me!)
