Wouldn’t the JAGS advising the commanders that took part in this mission used this memo in providing advice on the legality of the mission/order? That’s why you fire the JAGS….to ensure everyone has legal cover for the illegal.

Once again the focus on Hegseth. I am apparently the only one concerned that the head of JSOC….a career military officer duty bound to defy illegal orders from his civilian superiors…has passed on not one but two illegal orders and is now looking at life in prison if this admin ever ends.

It’s JSOC because the JSOC commander passed on an illegal order to fire on shipwrecked crew and now needs a pardon from Trump to avoid court martial and dying in prison. Bradly is captive and has no choice but to follow orders until the end…whatever they may be.

Agree. Would add need to commit to an AG nominee willing to indict Trump pardoned co conspirators and a solic Gen willing to go in front of SCOTUS and change the target of the Seal Team 6 hypothetical to SC judges that rule against the Pres. Roberts needs the immunity decision personalized
