I am a disabled enby in their mid 30s living with my spouse and roommate, both of whom have had trouble obtaining employment since being terminated in November. My spouse started working again yesterday, but we are currently a month and a half behind on rent since I have not been able to cover it with my SSDI checks. I tried applying for emergency rental assistance from the state, but they’re directly funded by the treasury and Trump has yet to release the hold on federal funds, despite a judge’s demand to do so. We just got a notice from our property management company that we need to pay the full past-due amount (of $2500) by 02/20/2025 or they will start eviction proceedings. I’m quickly running out of options. If anyone could help out at all, we’d greatly appreciate it
