Sonia Dahmani had already been convicted twice in 2024.

The OIAD strongly condemns the judicial harassment against her and reiterates its full solidarity with the Tunisian legal profession.

This procedure is a clear violation of the right to a fair trial, and comes despite #Tunisia being the focus country for the 2025 #IFTD (International Fair Trial Day).
