Nobody is proposing to limit the number of miles you drive in your personal vehicle.

I totally get where this article is coming from. I'm all for treating drug addiction as a public health problem.
But this is a person who should not be driving.
The fact that people view having your license taken away as being a horrific punishment is an indictment on our infrastructure.

IMO this is the best way to get from your hood over to some neighborhood favs: Big Y, Nu Kitchen, and then Chandler westbound isn't bad with the almost always empty parking lane which will get you to Cordella's.
Altho BB park not great at moment- icy

Wow, European cars have things like pop-up hoods to help absorb the impact of a pedestrian's head.
