The purpose of it is to strip all of these processed, enriched, “added sweetener” foods out of your diet for 30 days, then slowly bring them back in to find out which you need to stay away from. 4 instance, some people do it and realize that flour makes them not feel so good, but never knew it b4.

It’s not really any sort of diet or anythng u have to buy into. it’s more about cleansing the bad stuff out of your diet. In its most simple terms, It’s cutting out unnatural sugars, preservatives, and processed items. It’s just the way we’re spsd to eat in the 1st place. Lots of label reading.

effort. You have to watch everything that goes into your meals. And basically ANY restaurant is out. Prep, planning, scanning, and trying to keep from getting bored with what you’re eating. It wears you down after a few days. You definitely can get food fatigue.
