There is actually a weapon called the "Bohemian Ear-Spoon" and there are a few shaped like spoons, "oar-swords" and what have you

All of the fantasy weapons will be based around these historical references, luckily reality is always stranger than fiction and there are some bizarre designs for weapons already, so the changes will likely be manipulations on the already existing designs "flamberge" variants and barbed versions

Yeah I'm not sure on what to call the exact category, flexible or inertia, something like that would work but I haven't locked in on anything yet, the other categories are easy because people already did the work on those "axe like" "sword like" "bludgeon like" "spear like" and so on

I haven't done one yet, I've been trying to put them in categories and I believe they belong in the Inertia weapon category with whips and chains and fishing rods and what have you, like it's difficult because it's clearly called a sword and it cuts but not without the mechanics of a whip
