6 of the justices (lack of moral, principle, biased, unethical, I can go on) are advancing their own agendas by twisting the law. When you try to twist the law, more loop holes will inadvertently appear. CCP and Russia do the exact same things. Lower courts, lawyers are weaponizing it I think.

If they comply. Io far they pick & choose what they want to comply with. Still a win, at the minimum it's on record.

I think there may be signs of lower courts starting to rebel against supreme court.

They have wrongfully arrested (and deported) quite a few citizens already, not everyone will pursue lawsuits though (various reasons).

I'm concerned about escalating violence on the ground. People are justifiably angry, then you have instigators, and some that are purely there looking for chaos/adrenaline rush. Hard to stay clear headed and not cross the line amidst all the chaos.
