I'm still taking a break from posting for the most part, but I'll go ahead and show off this sketchpage that I did over the course of a couple of days to practice more natural poses since I'm really happy with how it turned out!

First scene I've finished in a while! I've been wanting to do some autumn-themed art recently, and the Art Fright event was the perfect excuse. I went with the corn maze prompt and put all of my sonas in different costumes!

I may have to cave and start designing him this week. I've been wanting a dragon sona for such a long time now, but I kept putting it off since I already have a ton of dragon characters in one of my stories and didn't want to make too many. 😅

I need to have my tablet taken away from me. 😭 I'm yet again resisting the urge to design a dragon sona for myself because I absolutely do not need any more sonas, but I have some really cool ideas for a design that doesn't necessarily fit into any of my other worlds. 💔

Thank you, he's a kirin! I based his design on a bunch of different ungulates (draft horse for the head shape, okapi for the patterns, etc.) and included some dragon scales on his neck and torso!

Forgot to mention this in the initial post, but I would generally like to avoid bear and canine OCs for this since I don't really need more practice with them! Birds and equines are a maybe since I already draw them pretty frequently, but I might be down to draw some still!

Wanted to draw some neglected OCs, but then remembered that their only existing refs are two years old and reside in a sketchbook I left at my parents’ place, so they got new refs from memory lol. Kelpie’s also here because these three are a packaged deal #art #oc #ocart
