Painting the concrete base with a brush and sponge. Full description in alt txt.

Step 1:

Basecoat pieces of concrete using :
Black 72.051
French Mirage Blue 70.900
Sky Grey 70.989
Paint wet on wet to blend the edges a bit.

Step 2:

Use a sponge and dab the surface with French Mirage Blue (over the whole surface) and then with Sky Grey (over the French Mirage Blue and Sky Grey)

This will blend the colours and create a nice texture

Step 3:

Basecoat and highlight ammo shells and skull using Yellow Ochre 70.913 and Orange Brown 70.981.

Paint the yellow lines with Yellow Ochre and outline details with Black.

Step 4:

Weathering with pigments and washes.
To add more texture and variety use pigments like: Old Rust 73.120 and Light Yellow Ochre 73.102. Drybrush the on and fix with Pigment Binder 26.233
